Do you know method for change DPI per app in Windows10?

Hello

I want scale down some application in Windows10 increasing DPI for see more content in the window app, like developing IDE.

Is impossible for me decreasing scale in all Windows 10 ( you know, only allow increase value, never down it)

I want look at least inside some applications with everything more small..

any ideas?
