CRU,Timings resolution(native,standard,reduced,etc.)

hello iam new here, i have omen x25f
what's the best timings resolution for my 240hz?
i have try native and my default timing, i feel LCD native timing is more smooth than my default timing... i don't know if this placebo... if i go for LCD standard timing the pixel clock is above my limit(600mhz)
is it ok to change my max pixel clock above 600mhz?
