What's the best budget 144hz 1080p gaming monitor?

Hey there! I play lots of games, casual and competitive, but CS:GO is my bread and butter, so I have wanted to get a 144hz monitor for a while now.

So my question is - what is the best budget 144hz gaming monitor? Preferably 24" and 1080p, however if there's other monitors for a good price that are different resolutions/sizes, definitely suggest them.

A while ago I was checking out the ASUS VG248QE and it seemed really good and decently priced, but maybe now there's some better options from BenQ, AOC etc., or is that ASUS still a very good option?
