reduce size AND change position

Sorry if this has been asked, but no luck finding. Basically, the upper and mostly right part of my built in laptop display has been smashed. I would like to resize the display (from native 1280x800 to say 800x600) but also have it located in the bottom left corner of the screen. IS this possible???
