I deleted default CRU system settings

I've been using CRU to troubleshoot/fix a black screen issue and when cleaning up the CRU files I deleted the original settings CRU found in my system.

How do I recover these to ensure I can get back to original settings?

Edit: I believe I run reset all from info I found during forum search but have not found reset all function..
Edit 2: I found reset all in the CRU folder and performed.
