intel pixel clock limit

i have a gtx 1650 laptop plugged into a 165hz monitor with hdmi, i can not get past the 300mhz pixel clock limit on intel graphics because my laptop is old optimus and is muxless so the 1650 is connected to the igpu.
i tried CRU, i can get max 136hz 1080p with exact reduced settings but only if i stay below the 300mhz pixel clock limit.
is there a driver, or a patch or something i can do to remove the 300mhz limit?
or atleast make it limited at 340mhz which is the hdmi 1.4 limit my laptop is using...
