Hello, I have this question for quite some time now, I use a Zowie XL2430 overclocked to 210Hz and I wanted to know if there is any way to upscale a lower resolution to 1080p on Windows all the time.
The monitor's port is limited to 360MHz at 8bpc and 480MHz at 6bpc. 1920x1080@210 has a pixel clock of 462MHz, while 1680x945@210 has a pixel clock of 356MHz. I tried using Global FSR on AMD's driver, but it seems to only work in-game. I also tried to use Magpie, but it seems to work only on the foreground window.
