360 HZ 1720x1080 not working on MSI Oculus NXG253R

I just got a new one monitor and traded my 360 hz Pixio px259 monitor. CRU worked with it and I was able to use 1720x1080 while using 360 hz. However now I got the new monitor and for some reason when I follow the same steps and go to list modes and choose 1720x1080 360 hz, the screen turns black and stays black. I have no scaling on and it is on display scaling on control panel.
