Create a custom resolution with an Nvidia GPU when DSC is active

Hello, I can’t solve this problem, when DSC is active Nvidia driver does not let me to add a custom resolution.

My monitor is Odyssey Neo G8 and it only has 120Hz and 240Hz for it’s native 3840x2160 resolution. I want to add 3840x2160 144Hz and 165Hz.

Also can’t achieve this with CRU, is there a way to do that or this is a futile attempt.
