Help with CRU settings (Samsung odyssey G + RX 9070 XT)

Hi guys

Posting this in hope that someone here can help me out. Tried countless searches and settings, but I realize that I need help from someone with more knowledge

I have recently gotten a new PC with a Raden RX 9700 XT and the VRAM frequency stays at 2505MHz indefinitely (both in Adrenaline and HWMonitor), and it causes the memory temps to go up, and the power consumption is typically 45W in idle, which is not ideal.

I realize that I might have to play around with the monitor settings through CRU, but I don't know which handles to pull and by how much. I tried fiddling around with "blanking", but honestly I don't know what value I should be using and why.

Can someone point me in the right direction?
