Monitor has weird whole scree micro-tearing issue at high fps

OK I am removing the post, further testing shows that playing at double FPS as the windows refresh rate is almost identical visually

I can swear this wasn't happening but maybe it was a previously installed driver issue. Or maybe the fact that I ran CRU once deleted old unused entries and ran reset...

Have no idea either way the post is not relevant at this time and I dont see how to delete it
